The team at Kitchen Appeal were absolutely fantastic to deal with from the design process all the way through to final installation. Lexi was super patient, understanding and provided valuable insight at each stage of the design process. Full 3D drawings were super helpful for us to visualize the design process. Her time with us in the office during the selection process gave us many different options that we could touch and see as we worked through the process. The installation team did a great job on the install and when mistakes were found, they were corrected right away. We are very very satisfied with the beautiful kitchen we have and cannot say enough good things about the process and the final result of the kitchen we purchased through Kitchen Appeal! Thank you Jon and Lexi and team!!
Kitchen Appeal was a pleasure to work with and did a great job on our new entryway cubbies. Looking forward to working with them again!
We could not speak more highly of our experience with Kitchen Appeal! Lexi was incredible to work with from the design and selection process to making sure everything was finished not only to our liking but to hers as well! The team of installers left “the site” (our home) so clean and organized each evening – we were so appreciative of that! Renovations are challenging but Kitchen Appeal truly made our dreams a reality for our kitchen and our built in. We would definitely recommend them!
We can’t thank Kitchen Appeal enough for turning our vision into reality! We are absolutely thrilled with not only our beautiful new kitchen, but also the stunning mudroom built-ins and bathroom vanity. The craftsmanship and quality are truly outstanding – everything feels so well thought-out and built to last.
Working with Lexi was a fantastic experience. She made sure every step of the process went smoothly, always attentive to the details and making sure our ideas were brought to life exactly as we imagined.
We love how practical everything is, without ever having to compromise on our vision. Every piece is both functional and beautifully designed. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend Kitchen Appeal to anyone looking for high-quality, custom cabinetry!
Great experience from start to finish. Every step of the way was easy and positive. As an architect and landlord, I have purchased many kitchens over the years and I would highly recommend Jon and his team to anyone. Deep knowledge of the trade, super communication skills, high quality workmanship and helpful followup. Right on budget. Exceeded the schedule target. I can’s say enough good things about Kitchen Appeal.
We recently had our new kitchen designed, built, and installed by Kitchen Appeal, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Working with Erin was an absolute dream—she brought thoughtful, functional design elements to the table that I didn’t even know I needed or wanted. The quality of the materials is outstanding, and the final result has completely exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen is not only beautiful but incredibly practical. We already have plans to work with Kitchen Appeal again for the renovation work that is still remaining. Highly recommend!
I would like to take this opportunity to share my wife and my extremely wonderful experience with Kitchen Appeal. From our initial concept to working with Louise and Jon to take that concept and make it a reality was an awesome experience. Every step of the way, they listened and incorporated what we were envisioning along with providing many of their own design elements. They were extremely professional and courteous. The quality of the work was second to none and the installation details showed the Kitchen Appeal teams dedication to deliver the ultimate experience for the client. I am in the commercial construction business and our business is built on providing the finer details of a project so when I was referred to Kitchen Appeal, I was somewhat nervous as we do not do residential work. I waked the shop with Jon and I came away knowing we were in the right hands. Our kitchen and custom cabinets are absolutely beautiful, and we constantly get very positive compliments from friends and family. I cannot say enough about the Kitchen Appeal Team, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an outstanding job and experience. Thank you for an awesome experience and a beautiful job!! Well done!! We look forward to having you build some additional custom cabinets for us in the near future.
Huge transformation for our kitchen. Before and after pictures attached. Right from the start Kitchen Appeal was great to work with. From design to install it was a pleasure and the finished product is flawless. Professionalism all around. Would highly recommend them!
Kitchen Appeal did a great job. Very impressed by the quality and staff. I definitely recommend giving them a call!
My husband and I worked with Kitchen Appeal on a project for a new house we were moving into that included a demo down to the studs and a rebuild on the main floor. We reached out to Jon early in the process and throughout every phase he was quick to respond, adaptable, and professional. We relied on him to help us choose the right kitchen design pieces that suited our tastes and to suggest more practical uses of space. We weren’t the type to have much of a vision apart from a few specific ‘wants’, so having Jon to steer us in the right direction was a huge help. He was fully accommodating within our budget, and there were no surprises or unexpected costs which we fully appreciated. Kitchen Appeal’s install team worked quickly, efficiently and we also found them all to be very professional. We couldn’t be happier with our kitchen and it is our favourite room in the house!
We have already recommended Jon and his team to many of our family & friends looking to upgrade their kitchen and would definitely work with them again if the opportunity arose.
We just wanted to convey our gratitude for the project completion of our laundry room and servery cabinets. From our first meeting with you to pick finishes, to the shop tour, (where everyone stopped to say Hi), the measure appointment, the paint chip drop offs so you got it right, making adjustments to the measurements – just before production, to the installers and finally Jenn at the customer service desk, you all should be commended for your caring customer service.
The final product is gorgeous and fit like a glove. One, very minor, issue we saw, was dealt with in one day and that also shows how you care for your customers.
So please, pass on our THANKS to the whole team and know that we would definitely recommend Kitchen Appeal to our friends and family. We wish you all the best in your new shop.
From the first contact about getting an estimate through to the installation of our new custom kitchen we were extremely pleased with the every step. Louise was patient and knowledgeable during the design process, leading us through our choices and making suggestions to make our new kitchen functional and beautiful. The installer, Dan, was meticulous with each and every cut, screw and caulking line. This is a kitchen we will be proud of for years to come as the craftsmanship is exceptional. Thank you Kitchen Appeal!!
Thank you kitchen appeal for making our dream kitchen become a reality. Lexi was great to work with always answered any questions and was patient with adjustments & our ideas.
The work man ship was beautiful and well thought of. We highly recommend kitchen appeal and will definitely be using them again in the future! Thank you
We hired Kitchen Appeal to create custom closets in our master bedroom after struggling with a shortage of closet space. From the very beginning John was there to answer any questions we had and to provide us with professional feedback to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted.
Were so impressed with the quality of work that was provided and never could have imagined the closets would have turned out as beautiful as they did.
We will definitely be using Kitchen appeal again to create our new kitchen and laundry room!
Awesome awesome work by Kitchen Appeal – exceeded all expectation by a very wide margin. Total attention to detail, craftsmen, very highly recommended!!
We highly recommend Kitchen Appeal to our clients. We have partnered with Kitchen Appeal on many home projects and are confident referring our clients to them for excellent quality cabinets and top notch service.
We had purchased a condo and wanted to upgrade the existing cabinets, we called several companies and all of them said it is impossible to match the existing stain. I had then emailed the Kitchen Appeal and Jon responded to my email asap and made it out to the condo the same day to take a look at the project. Jon had no concerns, he was more than confident that he could do the job and have it done in a few weeks. Jon did it, he matched the stain and had the job done within 3 weeks. Jon’s team kept the work area clean and they were very respectful. The price was reasonable for custom work and Jon was excellent with on-going communication. Our job was small compared to the companies other jobs, however, our project was treated just as equal as the large projects. If there is ever an issue in the future with Kitchen Appeal’s work, i have no concern with contacting Jon and I know he will come out and fix it.
We hired Kitchen Appeal to renovate our kitchen, mudroom and washrooms and could not possibly be happier with the end result. Jon and his team are great collaborators, offer excellent ideas and pay attention to every detail, big or small. Although our project was large in scale and complexity (and grew significantly from our initial plan) it was completed on-time and within budget. We love our new home and truly enjoyed the whole experience.
Kitchen Appeal designed and installed cabinets for our ensuite, laundry room and main washroom. Our experience with Louise and Jon was excellent – from design consultation to installation. The quality of the cabinets is excellent! We are very pleased and would highly recommend Kitchen Appeal.
I am blown away by my experience with Kitchen Appeal! Their quality is outstanding, their prices are fair, and they offer so much extra help and expertise to prepare for Installation. I really appreciated that no matter what questions I called with someone would be able to answer it and help me. It’s a lovely family run business and you feel that every step of the way. From Jon who help us with our consultations, to Josh who walked us through the show room, and Dan who did our install. You really feel like all three brothers are on your team! I can’t wait to work with them again. I would highly recommend making this family apart of your reno team!
Please ignore unfinished areas in photos! We aren’t quite done our Reno. I can update photos when we are finished 🙂
Amazing company! We finished our basement as an in-law suite with a full kitchen and island, 4 pc bath and re did the laundry room and all I can say is we couldn’t be happier with the results. Right from design stage to the finished product we couldn’t ask for anything more. The quality/fit and finish of materials right down to the hardware make all of our Cartier Kitchens cabinetry upstairs look like Ikea. Install was quick, clean and professional. Keep up the great work!
Finally someone that listened and asked us the right questions. Feeling optimistic
If you are looking for something to match some existing cabinets or going brand new Kitchen appeal is the place to look. I was looking to add a corner cabinet and pantry type cabinet to my existing kitchen cabinets. They did a great job of matching my very old plain existing cabinets and made the new insulation to my exact specifications. They were great to work with at a reasonable price.
We were so happy with the quality and craftsmanship of thier cabinets. They helped us through the whole prosess from design to installation. We loved the finshed product of our kitchen so much we are in the process of having Kitchen Appeal complete another cabinetry project on our main floor.
We had Kitchen Appeal come in and build two custom built in cabinets with doors for our new office space and board room! These units have helped to updated the look and feel of our new space and utilize a section of wall for much needed storage! We will definitely have them back for future work!
Thanks to Kitchen Appeal for a professional job on our kitchen. They did an amazing job and we would highly recommend them to others. They did not disappoint, thanks again for the fantastic job.
Very pleased with the service and very professional
Kitchen Appeal was able to flawlessly match our existing cabinets and built a beautiful pantry unit for us to finish off our kitchen! Great experience and great craftsmanship!
We used Kitchen appeal to redo our builders kitchen. They came in on budget, and were very professional and they listened to what I was looking for. Kitchen looks amazing and we are so happy with the final results.
Working with Jon and the Kitchen Appeal team was a breeze from day-one to completion. A few minor hiccups along the way, but they never hesitated to make things right. We’re ecstatic with the finished look and would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a kitchen upgrade.
We got in touch with the Kitchen Appeal team through our contractor and WOW did they exceed expectations! We came in with ideas but they really took the time to walk us through all the options available and make suggestions. We love our kitchen – it is so functional and has so much hidden storage! Lexi made magic happen with our mudroom and our custom made bathroom vanities are fantastic. Thank you to Lexi and the team for making our dreams a reality!
Outstanding quality and great service
